Highlights
Another successful year of consistently well attended meetings and events.
Successfully hosted HRATEC after missing last year
Added a new RP Event that was well attended and profitable.
Increased dues for the first time in 15 years
Stronger turnout in YEA events and Student Involvement.
success stories
Consistent Themed Programs (Shared Program, Past Presidents, MP, RP, Refrigeration, Tour Night, Awards, Golf Tournament, etc.)
Great attendance at in-person monthly meetings. Usually between 80-100 attendees.
First Mouse Race was a success and planning to add this as an annual event.
lessons learned
Expand Committees - We had a BOG Member step down but we were able to replace them due to the increased committee members from last year. Success story but we still need to expand members to keep this reserve.
Product Directory Scheduling – Several years in a row the delivery date has pushed and we are now at the overlap window. Took a step back and established a new schedule that better aligns with the ASHRAE calendar.
